Absolute gem. Fixed my laptop cheap and received photos of the job and as a Christmas present I got the DVD tutorial for free. Had no idea of the insides before now, Great, perfect and not a bad price for so much time and info. Merry Christmas, regards Carl Larsen.

This a message for the websites that have nothing better to do that are talking crap about us.
Criticism is good wither it is good or bad because people can always improve. But to lie and pretend to slag myself off in your group first of all looks stupid and makes you look silly. Instead of hiding away in the depths of the internet come forward and I will post your remarks. I don't pretend to be anything that I am not and my work is supreme, far better than most workshops and you tell me how many offer a 6 month no quibble warranty. In fact most workshop repairs fail because the work is poor.

For those that haven’t bothered to do the research and check my feedback, you should and you wont find anyone even after 12 months that are unhappy with my work.
And last but not least all my words are checked and spell checked with Word in English UK.

This is to inform you that I have successfully replaced the DC Jack in my Dell Inspiron 8600 motherboard and it works. My laptop battery is charging now when plugged to AC source. May God bless you a lot for making this DVD.
